Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted.
